Food and Service was great for a buffet set up. The buffet room ambiance was also set up well . It gives enough room to go around prize if worth it if you're getting the seafood. Fresh Pasta station is highly recommended. Antonia who was in that station was very helpful in giving recommendations for the pasta ingredients.

I have been wanting to visit this place for the longest time. When they first opened, I heard the line and wait times were horrendous. Then they only offered the lobster buffet for Diamond members or so. I lost hope lol Not sure when they allowed non members to make reservations, but I heard about it. I decided to make a reservation. It was difficult. They were always fully booked since the lobster buffet was only Wednesday and Thursday. In March, when I was planning my trip I decided to try to make a reservation again thru their website. Surprisingly, I was able to. My family had 3 separate reservations. It was nice that they were able to sit us all together =] The service was great. Seating area was spacious compared to other buffets. The lobster offerings were impressive. They offered the whole lobster and lobster tails. I wish they would offer baked cheese lobster as well. Hehhe Some of the lobsters were yummy. Fresh and juicy. Some were a bit dry and looked ugly lol The crab legs were a hit. My family enjoyed the crab legs even more than the lobsters. The birria ramen was very oily. I would skip on that. They also offered some good meats. My nephew didn't like it. He said it was dry, but the table next to us liked it a lot lol They have good options for desserts and other foods like pizza, lobster mac, salad and etc...I tried quite a lot, but didn't get to try everything lol too full! Drinks were included with the price. For the price,, drinks should be included Hehhe Overall, I do like it here. Will return one day =]

We would come back here again! We got $10 off per person because we were in the Palms casino club. When you sign up in the rewards section, you swipe your card on the machines and play some screen game and are able to get coupons for the buffet. And the nice thing is that you don't have to do separate checks. You can use multiple coupons all at one time and do a one-time payment. Parking was really easy and service was really good. We were surprised that there was no line, we walked straight in. We went around 5:00/5:30 and there was nobody there and we were expecting to wait for at least an half an hour. It was also very clean in the bathroom was nearby so you didn't have to walk super far. As for the food, it tasted fine. It was all you can eat crab, so that was yummy. There was also a salad bar and your usual foods that you'd have at a decent buffet. It wasn't a cheap food buffet, which is why it cost about $52.99 per person and then $36.99 for a child. It was free for kids under three. There was a good spread of desserts as well which was good and yummy for the kids. Gelato and pineapple soft serve. They also made pasta from scratch. It was fresh lobster pasta, which was really yummy too because it was made ready to serve. There was also a pretty large, vegan section for people who didn't eat meat or eggs, which I haven't seen at buffets before, so that was very inclusive. We do recommend this place and we would bring people back again, especially if we had a coupon.

Finally made it to the AYCE lobster buffet @ the Palms. The whole lobster, lobster tails & snow crab were delicious! Outstanding service from Salvador! Very professional and friendly!! Highly recommend this amazing experience !!!

We made reservation to this place two months in advance because it is hard to get booked. The price of 79.99 is ver6 high considering the choices of food. Almost same price with Bacchanal but Bacchabal has far more options and taste better. Just an example, the corn bread is toooo hard like a rock. Just like most people, we came here to try the lobster. But the lobster is overcooked. The crab legs taste better. The ambience is ok but at the price of $80 you would expect better. The servers is good though. Because of her I will give an extra point. I beleiev this place is over rated. Because of food selections, food taste, and ambience, I will give this experience 3.5. UPDATE: try the Smoke and Fire section for pasta that they will cook for you. The chef "Antonia" is excellent!!! Because of her I have updated my experience to 4.

Antonia was funny and cooked liked a champ. She has a great personality! Food tasted great!

Antonia was awesome! She has a great personality. So funny. I never tried penosto and Alfredo but she convinced me that it was good.
